Author: Peter Ward Date Posted: 21/07/2008 5:38:42 PM
Change Data Capture (CDC) is one of the exciting new features in SQL 2008. It gives you the ability to simply track inserts, updates and deletes to your tables in a relational format.

In this presentation we will look at how to set up CDC on your database, what actually gets stored in the tables as a result, and then we will walk through how to use that data to create efficient streamlined SSIS packages to translate the changed data into your destination database.
