Rob Lewis is Technical Director at PaxMondeo, an Adelaide based software company, and is also Information Architect in the Business Intelligence and Information Management team at the Department of Families and Communities. Rob started out in Data Warehousing in 1990, when he was tasked with figuring out what this new fangled Data Warehousing was, and coming up with an architecture for the European Wholesale Data Warehouse peroject for Digital Equipment Corporation (using VAX RdB). After a short dalliance with Oracle after the demise of DEC, he then settled into the SQL Server and .Net world and has never looked back. He holds no patents and has published no books, but does love solving problems.
