HTTP Endpoints and CLR Integration with MS SQL Server 2005
Author: Brian H. Madsen Date Posted: 9/18/2005 3:52:51 PM
We're at it again. Time's drawing near to the release of SQL Server 2005 and there are still loads more topics to cover.

Taking a brilliant presenter and giving him a topic which I failed on seems like a good way to kick-start the user group again.

It’s been 5 years since the last major version of SQL Server shipped, and much has changed with the product and the developer landscape. This conversation will be around what developers should know about SQL Server 2005, with a focus on the CLR capabilities of SQL Server 2005 and HTTP Endpoints

About the presenter:
Name: David Lemphers

David graduated Cum grano Salis from Swinbourne University of Technology with a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering in 1999 at the height of the dot com boom.

It was an exciting entry into the industry, and an amazing start to a career in IT.

David's experience to date includes developing software from a rented house, running his own software services firm, consulting for a large systems integrator, and now working for Microsoft as a Developer Evengelist.

David's passion include coffee, pizza and gadgets; in that order.
