In this current economic climate, looking after customers and examining trends is more important than ever. No wonder more and more people are turning to customer relationship management, and the hottest product in the market is Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the BI tools that come with it.

In this session, hear Microsoft’s Catherine Eibner talk with Rob Farley about CRM from a SQL perspective, including how you can apply your BI skills to this important space.

Catherine Eibner recently joined Microsoft Australia as the Dynamics Developer Evangelist after running her own business, Cybner Consulting, for a number of years in the SQL and CRM consulting space. She has significant experience as a developer and consultant, is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and was awarded CRM MVP status just prior to joining Microsoft. Catherine is involved with several Sydney based user groups and presents regularly at several Usergroups around Australia. She is particularly passionate about supporting & encouraging other Women in IT and is involved with both the site, the GeekGirlBlogs Podcasting series as well as the Sydney Girl Geek Dinners.

Rob Farley owns and operates LobsterPot Solutions out of Adelaide, and is also a mentor with SQLskills Australia. He has been consulting and training across the SQL Server stack for over ten years, runs the Adelaide SQL Server User Group, and is a regular presenter at conferences.
