Author: Rob Farley Date Posted: 18/09/2009 6:10:55 AM
Anyone dealing with queries in SQL Server should know how to handle execution plans - getting at them, managing them, and definitely reading them. In this talk, we'll look at all this, including a detailed look at many of the common operators found in execution plans.

Rob Farley owns and operates LobsterPot Solutions out of Adelaide. He has been consulting and training across the SQL Server stack for over ten years, runs the Adelaide SQL Server User Group, and is a regular conference presenter. In addition, he has written both courseware and exam material for Microsoft Learning and Prometric, in the areas of .Net programming and SQL Server. He blogs at http://msmvps.com/blogs/robfarley, and his company URL is http://www.lobsterpot.com.au
